These terms cover your use of rufusretroistics.com and Outpost reservations from RUFUS RETROISTICS ("we", "us"). By using the site or making a reservation, you agree to them.

The Outpost is in development

The Outpost is a vehicle in early development. Designs, specifications, features, images, and prices on this site are targets and may change. Images marked as inspiration images are not the production vehicle. We don't guarantee that the Outpost will be produced, or when.

Reservations

• A reservation holds a place in line for a future opportunity to buy an Outpost. It isn't a purchase, a contract to buy a vehicle, or a guarantee of a price, configuration, or delivery date.
• Any reservation deposit is fully refundable at any time, as described in our refund policy. Deposits don't earn interest.
• Your tier, engine, and color choices are preferences, not final orders. You can change them later.
• Before any vehicle sale, you'll get a separate purchase agreement with final pricing and terms, and you can decide then whether to buy.
• Reservations are open to people 18 and older in the United States and Canada. We may cancel and refund reservations that appear fraudulent or automated.
• All prices and deposits are in US dollars. Canadian banks may charge a currency conversion fee, and any refund is made in US dollars.
• Reservations can't be transferred or resold without our written permission.
• The first 2,000 reservations become Batch 001 Founders, numbered in the order reservations were made. Founder status and perks belong to the person who reserved, can't be transferred, and end if the reservation is refunded or canceled. Perks are planned benefits and may be adjusted if something becomes impossible to deliver, in which case we'll offer something of similar value.

Payments

Deposits are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Using this site

Don't misuse the site, for example by submitting fake reservations, trying to break it, or scraping it. The RUFUS RETROISTICS name, logo, Outpost name, and site content belong to us.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything related to the site or a reservation is limited to the amount of any deposit you paid us.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a change that matters for reservation holders, we'll email you. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. If you live in Canada, nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under your province's consumer protection laws.
