RUFUS RETROISTICS is just getting started, and the fastest way to the first Outpost is with people who want to help build it.

Who we're looking for

Engineers

Mechanical, automotive, and structural, especially frame and crash design.

Fabricators and welders

For the mule: the first running test van.

Designers

Industrial designers and concept artists to draw the real Outpost.

Canvas and upholstery

Pop-top canvas, seats, and cushions.

Photo and video

Documenting the build for the log and social media.

Space and parts

Shop space in the Phoenix area, donor trucks, and parts for the mule.

We can't pay yet. Early helpers will be credited in the build log, and we'll reach out to them first when we can hire. Everyone who helps agrees to our Contributor Agreement, which makes sure the company owns what we build together.
