The plan

1. Phase 0: Design and reservationsNow

   Design complete on paper, brand and site live, and email sign-ups measuring demand while reservations get ready to open.

2. Phase 1: The mule

   A running test van from donor parts to prove the layout. Roughly $100,000 to $400,000.

3. Phase 2: Engineering prototypes

   Professional engineering, supplier deals, and 3 to 5 prototypes. Roughly $5 million to $20 million.

4. Phase 3: Certification and Batch 001

   Crash and emissions certification and the first production run.
